We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst (Entry-Level / Junior) to support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities. This role is ideal for graduates or early-career professionals who enjoy working with data and turning numbers into meaningful insights.

Role Overview

You will work with structured and unstructured data to generate reports, dashboards, and insights that support business decisions and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Insights

• Collect, clean, and analyze datasets from multiple sources
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
• Support business decision-making through data analysis
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data outputs
• Assist with ad-hoc data requests and analysis tasks

Reporting & Visualization

• Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Track KPIs and business performance metrics
• Present findings in clear and structured formats
• Automate recurring reporting processes where possible
• Support management reporting and presentations

Data Handling & Tools

• Use Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
• Write basic SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
• Assist in data cleaning, transformation, and validation
• Work with databases and structured datasets
• Support improvements in data quality and processes

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with business, operations, and IT teams
• Translate business questions into analytical solutions
• Support ongoing data projects and initiatives
• Contribute to process improvement discussions
• Help enable data-driven decision-making across teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
• Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus
• Understanding of basic statistics preferred
