Consulting Operations Officer

Due to an exciting phase of growth, TechnologyOne is looking for a high-performing, multifaceted Consulting Operations Officer to join the team.

What you'll be doing…

The Consulting Operations Officer is responsible for delivering operational, administrative, training, and resource management support to Customer Experience (CX) teams across Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, and the UK. The role ensures Consulting Operations activities are delivered efficiently, governance standards are maintained, and CX teams are supported with the tools, processes, training, and operational assistance required to successfully deliver outcomes to customers.

Support the Consulting Operations Team to:

• Deliver learning programs to facilitate the training and onboarding of new Consulting team members on core Consulting operational processes, tools and reporting relevant to their role.
• Maintain documents, processes, tools and reporting to support the effective and efficient operation of the Consulting business, ensuring these are communicated & published to Consulting team members to support them in their roles.
• Support the maintenance of a modern Consulting Portal for the Consulting team to access content to support them in their roles.
• Maintain the integrity of project data across the various Consulting Operations systems.
• Ensure Consulting Operations governance activities are completed as per standards.
• Complete Consulting Operations activities as required including, but not limited to:
  - Responding to queries and providing support to Consulting Team members
  - Setup of Projects
  - Creation of Task codes
  - Scheduling of Tribal and mandatory training days
  - Provide ad-hoc reporting
  - Administer and support the PPM tool (Clarity)
  - Creation & deactivation of licences

Continuous Improvement Deliverables:

• Continually challenge the status quo and drive enhancements to our processes, products and enablement.
• Ensure systems, processes and costs are continually managed and reviewed to identify ways to reduce costs and improve our efficiencies.
• Always remain compliant with our policies & procedures and proactively raise improvements where appropriate

Your Talents…

• Previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Effective time management and presentation skills.
• Previous experience with the design and delivery of training and learning programs.
• Familiar with Consulting business operations and priorities.
• ???????Demonstrated ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
