This is a hands-on role where you'll own daily platform operations, plan and execute livestreams, activate affiliates, and turn data into results — all while collaborating closely with enablers, marketing, supply chain, and marketplace teams.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across all platforms — listings, pricing, promotions, and visuals
• Plan and execute livestream campaigns, manage hosts, and track KPIs (GMV, conversion rate, engagement)
• Drive campaign and mega-sale activations in coordination with the marketing and creative teams
• Coordinate with affiliates and content creators to expand product reach and boost sales
• Monitor stock movement and conduct demand forecasting to prevent out-of-stock situations
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and deliver data-driven recommendations

Who we're looking for

• Solid understanding of e-commerce and social commerce platforms
• Experience in livestream operations or affiliate marketing is a plus
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards
• Able to multitask and stay cool-headed in a fast-paced environment
• Commercially minded, proactive, and a strong team collaborator
