Internship duration minimum 3-6 months.
- Assist the Sales team in handling customer inquiries and daily sales operations.
- Support preparation of quotations, sales reports, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Engineering and Warehouse to ensure smooth order processing.
- Follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules, and shipment status.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials and product information for customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the semiconductor industry.
- Support customer relationship management activities and after-sales service.
- Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor, or related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to learn about semiconductor products and technical sales processes.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
