Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Foreman with strong hands-on technical expertise in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair. The ideal candidate must possess extensive workshop experience, strong troubleshooting capabilities and the ability to lead maintenance operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and carry out maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works for heavy vehicles and equipment.
• Handle maintenance activities involving cargo trucks, low loaders, forklifts, 3–5 ton lorries and company vans.
• Diagnose technical and mechanical issues accurately and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate and supervise workshop activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained in good working condition with minimal downtime.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and repair timelines.
• Ensure proper usage of workshop tools, equipment and spare parts.
• Maintain safety standards and good housekeeping practices within the workshop.
• Work closely with Management and logistics personnel on maintenance planning and operational support.
• Recommend and implement improvements to workshop operations and maintenance processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 15–20 years of hands-on experience in heavy vehicle maintenance.
• Proven experience in maintaining cargo trucks, low loaders, forklifts, 3–5 ton lorries and company vans.
• Strong technical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to identify root causes and provide practical, long-term solutions.
• Proven track record in workshop supervision and maintenance management.
• Good leadership and team coordination skills.
• Candidates must be capable of proposing and implementing at least two improvement plans within the first 2–3 months of employment.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
