Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and encourage agents to participate in training and program.
- Engage with agents to schedule coaching sessions.
- Plan suitable sales activities, guide agents and evaluate performance.
- Ensure agents apply acquired skills, monitor effectiveness and report development progress.
- Ensure agent commitment to sales targets, plan sales activities and support daily operations.
- Distribute marketing information, address inquiries, and analyze sales activities.
- Manage agent planning purchase.
- Manage agent engagement for motivation programs.
- Manage relationship with agents.
Qualifications
- At least Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- A relevant Diploma or strong work experience in Sales and Agent Management may also be considered.
- Experience in coaching, mentoring, or guiding sales teams in a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication to interact with agents and deliver training/coaching,
- Capable of building relationships with agents to ensure engagement, motivation, and performance improvements.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools(such as Excel) for evaluating agent performance.
- Willingness to travel if necessary for training and agent engagement activities.
