• Lead and supervise production operators and workers during daily operations.
• Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved on time.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, and material usage.
• Maintain product quality according to company and customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and take corrective actions immediately.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with safety regulations in the production area.
• Train and guide production staff on work procedures and safety practices.
• Prepare daily production reports and update management on production status.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Leader, Supervisor, or similar role in manufacturing industry.
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety.

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM2,000.00 per month
