Job Responsibilities:

• Cloud Account Administration: Manage day-to-day cloud account operations across major platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or equivalent).
• Financial & Billing Management: Oversee cloud resource usage, billing, and invoices; analyze data to ensure cost efficiency and accurate vendor billing.
• Vendor & Customer Coordination: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for cloud vendors, resellers, and internal/external customers to resolve deployment or account issues.
• Operational Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for operational workflows, multi-tasking effectively to meet tight deadlines in an evolving structured environment.
• Process Improvement: Collaborative with cross-functional teams to streamline operational tasks and improve service delivery.

Job Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on operational experience within a fast-paced technology environment.
• Direct experience working within Cloud Vendors, Cloud Resellers, Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Internet, SaaS, or Tech Hosting industries.
• Familiarity with cloud operational workflows, account structures, billing mechanisms, and vendor management.
• Professional fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is strictly required to facilitate effective communication with regional stakeholders and vendors.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
