Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge or experience in POS systems will be an added advantage, but not mandatory.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Full-Time position.

Job Descriptions

• Provide first-level support for POS system-related issues reported by outlet operations.
• Attend and respond to support calls, messages, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot POS hardware, software, network connectivity, printers, and related system issues.
• Assist in POS system installation, configuration, testing, and deployment at outlets when required.
• Travel to outlets for on-site support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and system installation activities.
• Support daily IT operational tasks and assignments as delegated by the superior.
• Escalate unresolved, critical, or recurring issues to the relevant team, vendor, or superior for further action.
• Maintain accurate records of support cases, troubleshooting activities, installation details, and follow-up actions.
• Support outlet operations during urgent system incidents to minimize operational downtime.
• Participate in after-working-hour standby rotation for urgent outlet support when required.
• Ensure IT equipment, POS devices, and related accessories are properly handled, maintained, and safeguarded.
• Ensure compliance with company IT procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by the superior from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
