Key Responsibilities
Baking & Production
Prepare ingredients and baking materials according to standard recipes and production requirements.
Bake bahulu, and other products while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers safely and efficiently.
Assist in product packaging where required.
Food Safety & Hygiene
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment at all times.
Follow all food safety regulations and company SOPs.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished products.
Conduct daily cleaning and sanitisation duties.
Inventory & Preparation
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify supervisors when replenishment is required.
Teamwork & Operations
Assist with preparation for festive seasons, bulk orders, and special events.
Support other operational duties assigned by management when necessary.
