Job Summary
The Export Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating export shipment operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods, preparing export documentation, and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily export shipment activities.
- Prepare and verify export documentation such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and shipping permits.
- Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and internal departments regarding shipment arrangements.
- Ensure all export shipments comply with customs regulations and international trade requirements.
- Arrange booking with shipping carriers and monitor shipment schedules.
- Track export shipments and provide status updates to customers and management.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams for cargo loading and delivery.
- Resolve shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs clearance issues.
- Maintain accurate export records and filing systems.
- Monitor shipping costs and support logistics cost optimization.
- Prepare export reports and shipment summaries as required by management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
