RIDIK SDN BHD Hiring! Full Time Business Analyst in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 13,000 - Ricebowl

Responsibility:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and document business requirements
• Translate business processes and user stories into clear functional specifications/features to enhance system functionality
• Analyze source and target system data models, data dictionaries, and mapping documents to support insights
• Collaborate with data migration team to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Assist in defining and validating data quality rules, reconciliation reports, and lineage tracking
• Help identify master and reference data sources, and support metadata documentation
• Ensure alignment of data requirements with regulatory and operational reporting obligations
• Present findings, recommendations, and impact assessments to senior stakeholders
• Planning and co-ordination User Acceptance Testing on IT enhancements and other changes affecting IT / Digital applications.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analyst or Data Analyst role in the financial services industry
• Proficiency in both English (written and verbal).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with banking operations, business processes, and regulatory reporting
• Understanding of data governance, quality, and privacy principles
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, process optimisation, and value creation

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur)
