Responsibilities
You are required to perform these job functions:
· Conduct detailed inspections of incoming food and beverage deliveries to ensure compliance with quality standards, freshness, and specifications.
· Perform regular checks and audits of food preparation areas, storage facilities, and service areas to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
· Monitor and record temperature, humidity, and other environmental conditions to ensure proper storage and handling of perishable items.
· Implement and maintain Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) to prevent foodborne illnesses and ensure food safety.
· Conduct sensory evaluations, taste tests, and visual inspections of food and beverage products to assess quality, flavor, appearance, and consistency.
· Maintain accurate records, documentation, and logs of quality control activities, test results, and corrective actions taken.
· Investigate customer complaints, incidents, or deviations from quality standards, and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
· Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and process optimization projects to enhance product quality and efficiency.
· Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements related to food safety and quality assurance.
· Provide guidance and training to production staff and other team members on quality control procedures, food safety practices, and regulatory compliance.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
