Back office – Investor reporting, Investor servicing, KYC, reconciliation experience or automation in these areas

Front office – Portfolio monitoring, due diligence experience or automation in these areas

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong data analytics expertise to join our team on a The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Work closely with business users, technology teams, and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform data analysis and support decision-making through insights and reporting.
• Utilize SQL for data extraction, validation, and analysis.
• Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical teams.
• Support project delivery, testing, and implementation activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Data Analytics professional.
• Mandatory experience in the Private Equity domain.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computing, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

Candidate Preferences

• Candidates should demonstrate strong career stability.
• Avoid candidates with frequent job changes (less than 1 year per role).
