We are looking for a QA Lead to oversee software testing activities and ensure the quality and reliability of enterprise applications. The role involves managing test planning, test execution, defect management, and test automation while working closely with project teams and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on testing experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to lead QA activities across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience, solid SQL and data modeling skills, and hands-onexpertisein either Python or Java within modern application and cloud-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA and testing activities across applications and projects.
  
  

• Prepare test plans, test cases, and testing strategies based on business and system requirements.
  
  

• Perform and overseefunctional, integration, regression, performance, and system testing.
  
  

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.
  
  

• Manage defect tracking, issue analysis, and validation of fixes.
  
  

• Support and improve test automation initiatives where applicable.
  
  

• Conduct performance and stress testing activities to identify system issues and bottlenecks.
  
  

• Ensure QA standards, processes, and documentation are properlymaintained.
  
  

• Support release activities, UAT coordination, and production validation whenrequired.
  
  

• Provide regular updates on testing progress, risks, and quality issues.
  
  

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or relatedfield.
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Testing, QA Lead, or similar roles.
  
  

• Experience in:
  
  

• Test planning and test execution
  
  

• Functional and regression testing
  
  

• Test automation
  
  

• Performance and stress testing
  
  

• Defect management and troubleshooting
  
  

• Hands-on experience with testing tools/frameworks such as:
  
  

• Selenium
  
  

• JUnit
  
  

• TestNG
  
  

• Other similar testing tools
  
  

• Good understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies.
  
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

• Good communicationand stakeholder coordination abilities.
  
  

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing activities.
  
  

Preferred / Advantage

• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
  
  

• Exposure to CI/CD and automation pipelines.
  
  

• Familiarity with API or performance testing tools.
  
  

• Experience supporting enterprise or large-scale applications is a plus.
