We are seeking a Network Operations professional with a strong background in Network

Operations Center (NOC) and data center environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on

experience with a variety of network switches and a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced,

dynamic setting. Experience with leading vendors such as Arista, Celestica, Cisco, Nvidia, or

Accton is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure across datacenter and NOC environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues involving switches from multiple vendors

(Arista, Celestica, Cisco, Nvidia, Accton).

- Respond to incidents and outages quickly, providing root cause analysis and

implementing corrective actions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support network outages and resolve issues.

- Document network changes, incidents, and resolutions for knowledge sharing and

compliance.

- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring critical issues are

addressed promptly.

- Be a resource and provide guidance for fellow team members and peers.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of NOC experience in a datacenter or large-scale network environment.

- Strong knowledge of network switches and protocols (Ethernet, TCP/IP, VLANs, etc.).

- Experience with network vendors: Arista, Celestica, Cisco, Nvidia, Accton (preferred).

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and documentation skills.

- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and ticketing systems.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent (a plus).

Knowledge of data center best practices.

Ability to multi-task issues and assignments.
