Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the overall HR & Administration strategy to support business growth and organizational objectives.
• Partner closely with senior leadership on organizational design, succession planning, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, employer branding initiatives, and partnerships with recruitment agencies to attract top talent.
• Foster a high-performance and engaging workplace culture through employee engagement, talent development, and retention programs.
• Oversee compensation & benefits, performance management processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Manage office operations, facilities, vendor management, company secretarial coordination, and administrative budgets to ensure smooth business operations.
• Lead procurement and vendor governance activities, including IT assets, software licensing, contract negotiations, and policy implementation to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
