Responsibilities
Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Orchard MRT or Great World MRT)
Contract Period: 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027 (option to extend)
Working Hours:
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Service not required on weekends and public holidays
Job scope:
Gather and analyse data and feedback through various modalities such as engaging stakeholders, and managing surveys and focused group discussions
Code and verify quantitative and qualitative data in accordance with specified research protocols and coding procedures
Document key processes of research or evaluation work
Monitor progress and providing regular updates
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Market Research, Data Science, Data Engineering or similar
Trained in Data Science and possess working knowledge of Statistics, Measurement and Research
At least 1 year of relevant experience in conducting research and data analytics
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially MS Excel
Proficient with analytical and statistical software and database management such as Tableau
