Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore for an Asset Management Manager/Assistant. As an Asset Management Manager/Assistant, you will oversee inventory management, ensure assets are properly tracked and assessed, conduct audits to verify asset usage, and support procurement activities. The role includes generating reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize asset utilization. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and analytical skills for inventory management, record-keeping, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with asset management software and proficiency in using spreadsheets and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to perform audits and ensure accuracy in asset tracking and reporting.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment with both onsite and remote responsibilities.
- Previous experience with asset management or procurement is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of international trade and logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
