We’re hiring a hands-on Support Executive to join our fast-moving team building smart, connected technology for access control, mobility, and digital payments. From hardware in the field to AI-backed applications in the cloud — you’ll be supporting real systems that impact real people.
This is a high-growth, learning-rich role where you’ll get to work with devices like payment terminals, CCTVs, network routers, and mobile apps — while being exposed to the Machine Learning and AI layers that power our smart automation, real-time analytics, and image recognition features.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Troubleshoot and support on-site devices like payment terminals, routers, CCTVs, and printers, ensuring smooth operation in real environments.
- Support end-users and operations staff using our cloud-connected software platforms and mobile apps.
- Log, triage, and follow up on bugs or system issues — working closely with backend, app, and ML/AI teams.
- Assist in deploying device software updates, ML model updates, and OCR service patches to the field.
- Document fixes, installation guides, and device configurations for ongoing knowledge building.
- Train users and internal teams on devices, apps, and smart features powered by AI (e.g. camera feeds, license plate recognition, predictive alerts).
- Participate in building out the support framework — ticketing flows, escalation paths, and reporting templates.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for technology and solving real-world problems — especially in a fast-moving, hardware-meets-software environment.
- Interest in understanding how Machine Learning and AI are applied to real systems (no coding experience needed, but curiosity is key!).
- Willingness to be hands-on — fieldwork, user support, device testing, and debugging.
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn from engineers, product leads, and field operations.
- Fresh grads welcome! Bonus if you’ve touched networking, basic scripting, hardware, or support tools.
