Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead and manage ICT infrastructure and technology projects from planning to implementation and maintenance. The role involves project coordination, stakeholder management, security governance, risk management, and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining compliance with security and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct project meetings and provide progress updates and status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely project updates.
• Oversee project schedules, issue management, risk management, and project closure activities.
• Lead maintenance and support services including contract management, service requests, incident management, and service level management.
• Manage ICT infrastructure projects involving systems, cloud, networks, servers, data centres, and IT operations.
• Review and verify security requirements for new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, governance requirements, and data security policies.
• Support audit, security services, and operational improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• CITPM, PMP, COMIT, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
• Proven ICT project management experience, preferably in medium to large-scale projects.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure projects involving systems, cloud, network, and security environments.
• Hands-on experience across full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure including servers, networks, IT security, ICT operations, and end-user computing.
• Experience in Firewall, IPS, WAF, Proxy, API Gateway, SIEM, and security architecture.
• Knowledge of use case development, threat modelling, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience delivering secure systems and managing risk, issue, and incident processes.
• Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement, governance, security standards, and data security policies is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record in delivering complex ICT projects successfully.
