Assistant Supervisor – Retail

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Supervisor in overseeing day-to-day retail operations and ensuring smooth store performance.

* Deliver excellent customer service and create a personalized luxury shopping experience.

* Achieve individual and store sales targets through strong selling techniques and customer engagement.

* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through CRM activities and follow-ups.

* Lead and motivate team members on the sales floor to maximize sales opportunities.

* Assist with team supervision, coaching, staff development, and onboarding of new employees.

* Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to brand guidelines.

* Manage inventory, stock replenishment and stock take procedures accurately.

* Handle opening and closing procedures, and other operational duties.

* Resolve customer feedback or concerns professionally and maintain a high standard of service.

* Ensure compliance with company operational standards and policies.

Requirements

* Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury, fashion, premium lifestyle, or related industries

* Strong passion for fashion and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

* Sales-driven with proven ability to achieve KPIs and targets.

* Experience with CRM and customer relationship building.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude with leadership qualities and strong teamwork abilities.

* Able to work rotating retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
