Jobs Responsibilities:

• Raise and manage IT service requests on behalf of users via IT Service Management (ITSM) workflow systems
• Perform user access administration, including adding users to groups, distribution lists, and mailboxes
• Support bulk access provisioning for project-related requirements
• Coordinate IT access requests and provisioning activities with internal stakeholders and users
• Respond to internal email queries and provide timely IT support assistance
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all access management and administrative processes
• Support ad-hoc IT operational tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Singaporean Only
• Minimum Diploma in any IT or its relevant discipline
