Role Overview

Key Responsibilities Engineering Leadership
- Lead and mentor software engineers and development teams
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development
- Foster a strong engineering culture focused on quality and innovation
- Support hiring, onboarding, and team scaling efforts
- Encourage best practices in software development
️ Technical Oversight
- Oversee system architecture and technical design decisions
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Review code and provide technical guidance
- Define engineering standards and development practices
- Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues
Project Delivery & Management
- Plan and manage software development timelines and releases
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders
- Track engineering KPIs and team performance
- Manage risks, dependencies, and technical blockers
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, design, QA, and operations teams
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in strategic planning and product roadmaps

Requirements

- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in cloud platforms and scalable systems is an advantage
