Role Overview

Key Responsibilities Engineering Leadership

• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development

• Support hiring, onboarding, and team scaling efforts

• Oversee system architecture and technical design decisions
• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability

• Support troubleshooting of complex technical issues

Project Delivery & Management

• Plan and manage software development timelines and releases
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Coordinate with product managers and stakeholders
• Track engineering KPIs and team performance
• Manage risks, dependencies, and technical blockers

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product, design, QA, and operations teams
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in cloud platforms and scalable systems is an advantage
