What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and test RPA workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator
• Analyse business processes to identify and evaluate automation opportunities
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of bots in production
• Work with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions
• Document process design, technical specs, and test results
• Prepare user guides and support adoption of automation tools across the organisation

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

• Hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and the RE Framework
• 1 to 3 years in RPA development or a related automation role
• Basic programming knowledge, ideally in VB.NET, C#, or Python
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field

Good to have:

• UiPath certifications (RPA Associate or Advanced Developer)
• Exposure to AI or intelligent automation concepts
• Experience with process analysis or business process improvement

Soft skills:

• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Good communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
