We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Executive with 1–2 years of recruitment experience to support the company’s hiring activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and assisting in onboarding activities to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.

2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

3. Screen resumes and conducts initial candidate interviews.

4. Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.

5. Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.

6. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

7. Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.

8. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.

9. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.

10. Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and procedures.

11. Prepare recruitment reports and hiring updates as required.

12. Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time.

13. Assist in HR administrative tasks when required.

14. Support employee engagement activities and company events.

15. Assist with HR documentation and record management.

16. Knowledge of employment practices and interview techniques.

Job requirements:

1. 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

2. Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.

3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
