Responsibilities
What You Will Do
- Assist with daily shipping and logistic documentation
- Prepare and update tracking sheets accurately
- Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth shipping operations
- Perform administrative tasks and ensure proper filing and documentation control
- Learn and adapt quickly to shipping procedures and requirements
What We’re Looking For
- SPM / Diploma in Logistics, Shipping, Business, or related field
- Experience in shipping/logistics is an advantage but not a must
- Fast learner with good adaptability to daily operations
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, data accuracy, tracking sheets) & Microsoft Word
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation
