Accounting Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and maintain full set accounts by using accounting software

• Reconcile bank statement with general ledger entries

• Compilation of financial statements

• Preparation of Corporate and Personal tax computations including filings through IRAS tax portal

• Computation and submission of Quarterly GST

• Calculations and processing of payroll (including CPF submission) and OT for foreign workers to ensure that employees are paid in timely and accurate manner

• Liaise and follow up with other departments for invoicing and payment issues

• To assist in other ad hoc tasks and assignments

Admin Responsibilities:

1. Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination

2. Manage work pass applications, renewals, and related documentation (e.g., Work Permits, S Passes)

3. Ordering of materials and coordinating delivery

4. Maintaining workers training records and registering workers to attend course
   

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent

• Experience: Minimum 1 years in full-set accounting, familiar with MOM and relevant authorities and governing polices of Singapore

• Systems: XERO, strong Excel proficiency

• Competencies: Detail-oriented, analytical, compliant, reliable
