Job Scope

• Supervise and coordinate ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) installation works on site

• Ensure all works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule

• Lead and manage site workers and subcontractors on daily ACMV activities

• Monitor site progress and report updates to Project Engineer / Project Manager

• Coordinate with main contractor, consultants, and other trades to ensure smooth site execution

• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of installation works

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and WSH requirements

• Assist in testing & commissioning (T&C) of ACMV systems when required

• Resolve site issues and provide technical support when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in ACMV / M&E site supervision

• Able to read and understand M&E / ACMV drawings

• Familiar with ducting, piping, ventilation system installation

• Good coordination and leadership skills on site

• Able to manage subcontractors and site workers independently

• Knowledge of safety procedures (WSH)

• Singapore construction experience preferred
