Maintaining and updating financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other financial transactions.

Preparing regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to provide management with insights into the financial health of the organization.

Assisting in the creation and monitoring of budgets, as well as preparing financial forecasts to help management plan for the future.

Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and preparing and submitting tax returns accurately and on time.

Assisting auditors during external or internal audits, providing the necessary financial data and documentation.

Overseeing the payroll process, ensuring accurate calculation of wages, deductions, and timely payments to employees.

Conducting financial analysis and performance evaluations to identify trends, strengths, and areas of improvement.

Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls to safeguard the organization's assets and prevent fraud or errors.

Conducting regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

Staying updated with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations to ensure the organization's financial practices are in line with the requirements.

Managing financial relationships with vendors and clients, including invoicing, payment processing, and resolving financial queries.
