Great opportunity to join one of the biggest nutritional companies in Malaysia. Medical Marketing is a niche field where we require a team of specialized personnel with strong nutrition science knowledge to communicate key features and benefits to healthcare professionals. Within the company, we also have specialist roles, contributing through training and taking on speaker roles for the company.

Job Responsibilities:
- Execute territory medical marketing activities and ensure alignment within the medical marketing team.
- Maintain close professional relationships with key opinion leaders, government officials, non-government bodies, associations, and other relevant personnel to further the company’s interests.
- Ensure all activities carried out within medical institutions comply with both internal and external regulations and codes.
- Provide timely updates to RNM on matters affecting sales, distribution, marketing, business trends, promotional activities, competitors’ activities, and other issues that may impact the company and/or its products.
- Effectively communicate both the company’s and competitors’ product knowledge through professional detailing skills and by addressing competitors’ selling propositions.
- Increase and maintain Sales Force Effectiveness within the assigned territory to ensure sustainable business growth.
Job Requirements:
- Possess a degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or any Science-related discipline.
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in Sales (GP, Hospital, General, or equivalent); experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of healthcare institutions and commercial managed care; experience in selling to healthcare institutions is preferred.
- Customer-focused, with the ability to act quickly and decisively to achieve optimal results, supported by strong business acumen and a proven drive to grow market share.
- Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
