Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle POS transactions
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks, food items, and promotions
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
• Follow health, safety, and food-handling regulations
• Work collaboratively with team members during busy shifts
• Open and/or close the café according to schedule requirements
• Consistently create latte art
• Provide customer feedback to managers if any.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum "N' or "O' level, Professional Certificate or any other related discipline to Food & Beverage Services Management
• 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience in hospitality or F&B
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reporting to work punctually, as and when roster assigned
• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision with team-oriented
• Customer-oriented and service focus
• Good knowledge in various types of coffee and tea
• Able to work 6 days’ work week
• Food & Hygiene certificate
