Job Summary

Lead and execute commissioning processes for projects, ensuring design compliance, managing contractors, and delivering comprehensive commissioning reports to support operational turnover and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of commissioning processes across all project phases to ensure timely and compliant project delivery
• Manage commissioning activities, contractors, and suppliers to resolve on-site issues effectively
• Conduct design and project assessments to verify compliance with specifications and standards within set timelines
• Oversee design, construction, acceptance, functional performance, and systems testing to ensure smooth operational turnover
• Provide strategic direction and leadership during project closeout and handover to operational teams
• Prepare thorough and complete commissioning reports for each project, documenting outcomes and compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines with 3 years of experience in design or commissioning management, preferably in data center environments
• Knowledge of data centers, mission-critical design concepts, safety protocols, and industry standards
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster and manage relationships across multiple departments
• Technical and practical understanding of Mechanical & Electrical plants and services supporting mission-critical data center environments
