Sales Manager – Nail Spa

 Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Weekends & Public Holidays: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
   Off Days: Up to 8 days off per month

We’re looking for a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven Nail Salon Manager to lead our vibrant team at a well-established nail and beauty spa. If you have a flair for customer service, a knack for sales, and the leadership skills to manage a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

 Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including punctual opening and closing of the store
• Lead, supervise, and motivate nail technicians and front desk staff
• Deliver excellent customer experiences while maintaining high service and hygiene standards
• Set, track, and achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
• Train and guide team members to ensure consistent service quality
• Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly

 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of beauty & nail spa management experience
• Proven track record in meeting sales goals and managing store operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about customer service and team development
• Flexible and willing to work on weekends and public holidays
