- Responsible for the operational efficiency, productivity and profitability through the effective management of three main resources (staff, stock and space).
- To carry out day-to-day operations and improve outlets performance in terms of sales revenue, cost control, customers' awareness and staff development.
- Tertiary education with at least 2 - 3 years working experience in related industry.
- Possess good leadership and management skills.
- Strong interest and passionate to work in retail industry.
