Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and partners via phone, email, and walk-ins
Handle general office administration, documentation, and record keeping
Manage schedules, meetings, office supplies, and internal coordination
Support sales operations by handling enquiries and preparing quotations and proposals
Coordinate closely with sales, pre-sales, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain and update CRM records, sales pipelines, and customer data
Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and client requests in a timely manner
Assist with invoicing and preparation of sales reports
Support sales and marketing activities as required
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Sales or related field
At least 2 to 3 years of prior experience
Strong organizational and coordination skills and strong attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working with CRM systems and MS Office
Meticulous, responsible, able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Command good on written and spoken English and Mandarin
