Responsibilities
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
1). STRONG INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILL
2). ABILITY TO COORDINATE AND MULTITASK UNDER PRESSURE
3). GOOD COMMAND OF ENGLISH AND BAHASA MALAYSIA (MANDARIN IS A PLUS)
4). FAMILIAR WITH DEFECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASIC, UNDERSTANDING OF BUILDING / CONSTRUCTION TERSM AND PROCESS
5). DEFECT MANAGEMENT
6). FRESH GRADUATE OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR RELATED FIELDS ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
7). ONLY LOCAL MALAYSIA CANDIDATE CAN APPLY
8). MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE IN MANDARIN AS ALL OUR CUSTOMER ARE FROM HONG KONG AND CHINA
