Location: Hill Street (Nearest MRT: City Hall)

Contract Period: 2 years

Working Hours: 

• Monday to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm
• Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job scope:

• Coordinate strategic planning and long-term horizon scans of engagement efforts with various stakeholders
• Identify key engagement targets and develop initiatives to meet these targets
• Develop and manage IT tools to track and follow up on stakeholder engagements
• Assist with any other capability development and partnership initiatives
• Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• At least 3 years' of relevant working experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite preferred
• Willing to work on weekends or evenings to support events
