Job Description for AP Intern:

• Assist in verifying the correctness and completeness of major costs related documents including but not limited to supplier invoices, proof of delivery document, vendor agreement, vendor quotation, staff reimbursement claims, etc.
• Assist in dealing with internal and external vendor correspondences via email and provide supports to other colleagues.
• Assist in preparing reminder letters, Statement of Account (SOA) and email to respective customer

Requirements:

• Intern can join June / July intake will be prioritize.
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Good command in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel immediate skill (Pivot, Vlookup etc.).
• Dedicated, very positive work attitude and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
