Responsibilities
The Project Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Project Management Office. This position works closely with Project Managers, Field, and Design teams to ensure smooth delivery across the full project lifecycle. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing both regular and ad-hoc reports, and providing quality assurance support for processes and documentation.
In addition, the Project Administrator assists in managing key initiatives and programs, ensuring deliverables, workflows, and reports are completed effectively. Acting as a central point of contact, the role helps drive communication, coordination, and customer satisfaction across the project team.
Key Responsibilities
Job requirements:
- Minimum diploma in relevant M&E discipline
- At least 3years of related working experience in Singapore M&E construction industry
- Communicates well, able to work independently as well as in a team to deliver projects in a timely manner
- Familiarity with construction industry practices, regulations, and safety requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Working days: 5.5days
