Job Summary
Ridik is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin Production to support daily production and administrative operations within the manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling production documentation, coordinating with internal departments, updating records, and ensuring smooth administrative support for production activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the production department on daily operations.
- Prepare, update, and maintain production reports, records, and documentation accurately.
- Monitor production schedules and assist in coordinating production activities.
- Handle data entry related to production output, inventory, and material usage.
- Coordinate with warehouse, planning, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing purchase requisitions, material requests, and delivery documentation.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure proper document control.
- Support production meetings by preparing reports and recording meeting minutes when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Perform other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
- To perform data entry and close Manufacturing Orders
- Issue of Works ticket to production.
- Update production status and quantities according to actual output.
- Maintain accurate production records and filing for traceability and audit.
- Carry out other production-related administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in production administration, manufacturing support, or related functions.
- Experience in manufacturing or chemical industry environment is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP systems will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
