China Construction Decoration Group (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Interior Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out and renovation projects in Singapore. The candidate will be responsible for managing project execution, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee interior fit-out and construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers on project requirements and progress.
  • Prepare project schedules, work programs, manpower planning, and procurement coordination.
  • Monitor project progress, site activities, quality control, and safety compliance.
  • Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and authority requirements.
  • Attend site meetings, technical discussions, and coordination meetings with stakeholders.
  • Manage project budget, cost control, variation orders, and project documentation.
  • Resolve technical and operational issues arising during project execution.
  • Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and workplace safety standards.
  • Prepare project reports, progress updates, and handover documentation.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain strong professional relationships throughout project delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, Building, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, renovation, or construction project management.
  • Experience managing commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, or office interior projects in Singapore.
  • Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, finishing works, and project coordination.
  • Familiar with Singapore authority requirements, BCA regulations, and workplace safety practices.
  • Ability to manage project schedules, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination independently.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and related project management software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Candidates with experience in large-scale interior fit-out or A&A projects will have an added advantage.
