• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and databases accurately in the HR system.
• Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting exit interviews.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Prepare and issue HR-related documents such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other official correspondence.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll preparation and verification.
• Handle employee inquiries professionally and assist in resolving HR and staff-related matters when required.
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies, SOPs, and company procedures.
• Coordinate and support general HR administrative and operational tasks.
• Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by management from time to time.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience in recruitment, preferably within the retail industry.
• Able to support a fast-paced retail environment and manage hiring for multiple outlets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
• Proactive, positive mindset with willingness to improve HR processes and contribute ideas to strengthen team performance and company culture.
