Job Description:
Oversee daily production to meet output targets and deadlines
Manage shift supervisors and production line staff
Monitor KPIs: efficiency, waste, downtime, and yield
Ensure food safety and GMP compliance
Coordinate with warehouse, maintenance, and QA teams
Lead continuous improvement (Lean/5S) to reduce costs
Prepare production reports and manage labor budgets
Requirements:
5+ years in food manufacturing / central kitchen, with 2+ years as manager
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Data-driven; comfortable with Excel and basic ERP
