 What we're looking for

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, orrelated field
• Extensive experience (5+ years) as a Construction Project Manager, preferably in theconstruction industry
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and executeproject plans
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Good knowledge of construction procedures, site management, and safetyregulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, project scheduling, and reporting
• Possess valid driving license and willing to travel when required
• Candidates holding a CIDB Green Card are preferred
• Immediate availability is an added advantage
• Proficiency in Mandarin is increasingly preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

HUATAI CONSTRUCTION (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Alor Gajah, Melaka. As a full-time Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, consultant, and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Resolve site issues, technical matter, and construction-related challenges effectively.
• Ensure all works are carried out according to approved drawings and standards.
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues or challenges that arise
• Supervise site management teams and ensure smooth daily operations
• Liaise with clients, consultants, govement authosities, and relevant stakeholders.
• Preparing and presenting proress reports and project updates.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Maintain proper documentation and project records.
