Job Summary

This role oversees end-to-end warehouse and asset management for data center equipment and materials, covering inspection, inventory control, documentation update, and logistics coordination. It serves as the escalation point for supply chain issues. Requires a diploma, fluent Mandarin, solid Excel skills, and strong teamwork. 1-3 years of IDC supply chain and asset operation experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming materials and equipment, perform inspections, and register items in the system.

- Complete order picking, sorting, and outbound preparation according to operational procedures.

- Classify, store, organize, and efficiently retrieve inventory items to maximize warehouse space utilization.

- Perform packaging, labeling, barcode scanning, and quality inspections of goods.

- Identify and promptly report damaged, missing, or non-compliant inventory items.

- Handle and manage large equipment and bulk materials, including transportation, stacking, and standardized storage, ensuring operational safety.

- Maintain and update the inventory management system, ledgers, logs, and related documentation.

- Keep the warehouse environment clean, organized, and compliant with safety and operational regulations.

- Assist with regular inventory counts, audits, and reconciliation of discrepancies.

- Support delivery-related operations by collaborating with system integrators, data centers, and warehouses, while coordinating communication between logistics providers and suppliers.

- Work closely with data center operations, engineering, network, security, and platform teams to implement changes, maintain accurate asset data, report asset incidents, and analyze discrepancies between physical assets, system records, and financial records.

- Serve as the escalation point for supply chain operations-related issues.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Possess valid local identification and legal work authorization.

- Diploma or higher educational qualification.

- Proficient in Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and customers.

- Prior experience in warehouse management, asset management, or IDC/Data Center-related roles is preferred.

- Knowledge of IDC facilities, equipment, or infrastructure will be an advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.

- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and willing to work overtime when required by business needs.

- Detail-oriented, responsible, and demonstrates strong execution ability and teamwork.

- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Familiar with data center hardware equipment, including servers and network devices.

- Experience in daily operational management of asset-related processes.

- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to query multiple data sources and extract valuable insights from complex datasets.

- Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in data center supply chain and logistics operations will be highly preferred.
