A leading technology firm is seeking an experienced AS400 Developer to provide end-user support, develop technical solutions, and enhance application functionality. This role requires strong expertise in AS400, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, and related technologies, along with the ability to work in large-scale, multi-environment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide product, process, and technical support to enhance application functionality.
• Plan and execute software integration and regression testing on application patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Perform hands-on coding using AS400, RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, RPG, SQLRPG, CLP, CLLE, Query/400, DB2/400, and ALDON.
• Work across large environments with multiple operating systems and infrastructures for large-scale programs.
• Develop and implement solutions aligned with Agile frameworks and best practices.
• Drive Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Cloud Development initiatives.
• Ensure resiliency and security in all aspects of development.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, applying them to business needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in at least one technology and design technique.
• Multi-skilled with experience across the software development lifecycle and various toolsets.
• Recognized for leadership in Agile development and team cultivation.
• Strong understanding of modern development techniques, including CI/CD, TDD, and Cloud Development.
• Ability to influence technical decisions and strategies with industry knowledge.
