Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Learning Content Development Intern role based in Semenyih, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The intern will support the design and development of learning materials, including slide decks, worksheets, assessments, and digital resources aligned with program objectives. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with instructional design, organizing content in learning management systems, and updating existing training modules based on feedback. The role involves collaborating with trainers and subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging learning experiences. The intern will also help test and refine online courses, ensure content quality and consistency, and support general administrative tasks related to training delivery.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Learning Management and Training & Development, with an interest in how learning experiences are structured and delivered.
- Basic understanding or exposure to Instructional Design principles, including organizing content, setting learning outcomes, and designing simple activities or assessments.
- Comfort working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), or willingness and ability to quickly learn LMS platforms and related digital tools.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with instructors and team members.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency with productivity and presentation tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; basic slide design skills are an advantage).
- Genuine interest in learning, training, and helping others develop new skills; prior experience in tutoring, teaching assistance, or content creation is a plus.
