Job Summary

Trinity Medical Imaging Centre, a premier private diagnostic imaging provider in Hong Kong established in 2016, is seeking an experienced Diagnostic Radiologist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will interpret a wide range of advanced imaging studies in a modern, patient-centered environment equipped with state-of-the-art technology. This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence 3-5 days per week, with flexibility for remote reporting on remaining days. You will benefit from comprehensive support, including dedicated medical typists, AI-assisted tools, and a collaborative multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient workflows and high-quality patient care.

Radiologist

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including MRI, CT scans, 3D mammography, ultrasound, X-rays, and other modalities.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and detailed reports to support referring physicians and optimize patient management.
  • Collaborate with referring clinicians, specialists, and internal teams to discuss findings, recommend follow-up imaging, and contribute to multidisciplinary case reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to the highest standards of diagnostic accuracy, radiation safety (where applicable), and quality assurance protocols.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous professional development.
  • Maintain comprehensive patient records in compliance with Hong Kong regulatory and ethical standards.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of services through feedback on AI tools and workflow efficiencies.

Work Arrangement

  • Hybrid role: 3-5 days per week on-site (flexible based on operational needs), with approved remote reporting for the balance of the schedule.
  • No regular on-call duties required, though occasional participation may be discussed based on team needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • Completion of an accredited residency in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Fellowship or board certification in Radiology (e.g., FRCR, FHKCR, ABR, or equivalent).
  • Valid registration with the Medical Council of Hong Kong (full, limited, or special registration eligible candidates are welcome to apply; assistance with registration renewal or processes can be provided where applicable).
  • Fellowship training in a subspecialty (e.g., neuroradiology, musculoskeletal, body imaging, breast imaging) is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of post-residency experience in diagnostic radiology preferred.
  • Proficiency in English; Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage for patient and clinician communication.

Skills and Attributes

  • Expertise in advanced imaging modalities (MRI, CT, PET/CT if available, mammography, ultrasound).
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail for accurate interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with physicians, technologists, and support staff.
  • Commitment to patient-centered care, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced private practice environment with hybrid flexibility.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted radiology tools and PACS systems is a plus.

What We Offer

  • Competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience.
  • Full administrative and technical support, including medical typists and cutting-edge AI tools to reduce reporting burden and enhance efficiency.
  • Modern facilities with the latest equipment in prime Hong Kong locations.
  • Opportunities for professional growth in a growing private imaging group.
  • Supportive team environment focused on work-life balance.
