Analyst - Demand Forecast Planning
The job holder is responsible for managing demand planning activities, including developing forecasts and models, supporting the monthly SFA process, maintaining accurate demand data, and providing reporting and analysis to support business decisions and mitigate risks.
Key Responsibilities:
Demand Forecasting & Statistical Analysis: Develop and maintain statistical forecasts and models for multi-customer, multi-product categories based on defined criteria and demand patterns.
Forecast Process & Coordination: Support monthly SFA workflow, prepare data and presentation materials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for planning alignment.
Data Management & Integrity: Maintain, consolidate, and validate demand data in line with business needs and capacity; perform regular forecast updates.
Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports (accuracy, variance, bias), provide analysis and insights, monitor key changes and potential risks, and support business decisions and issue resolution.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related discipline
1–2 years of relevant experience in demand planning, supply chain, or data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
Good communication and interpersonal skills
